from the list of projects with an active link.
Select your project and then click
on that to access the introduction page. The introduction page of a
project will help you decide if you want to view the project guide.
If a click on project name does not
bring up the introduction page, then no project guide is available
for the project or the project guide is not complete.
Recently added project ideas do not
have an active link, so you cannot click on them.
