Model Airplane |
|
|
|
Introduction:
Design and make a model airplane in order to learn about the
mechanism of flight. Although challenging and sometimes disappointing,
it is a good start for those who love to fly. Plenty of help
is available and you may even purchase a kit to speedup your
project. |

Material and instructions:
By doing this project you will
experience the art and techniques of making models. most model airplanes
are made of balsa wood. For the experiments of this project, you
may purchase a model airplane and modify the design or construct your
own model. You can study the effects of wing span, wing surface area and
wing position on the distance an airplane can fly or glide. |
