Introduction
Inside a cave is an exciting new world. Obviously not all caves
are the same and each cave can be a new and memorable experience.
Inside the cave you may find stalactites and stalagmites, Crystals,
under ground lakes and rivers, animals, historical pictures and
writings and much more. |

Material and instructions
We suggest this project
if you can actually visit at least one natural cave. You may
collect samples, record your observations, gather some additional
information to complement your visit and do some tests on your
samples to identify the material. For those who cannot visit a cave, we
have included an experiment for making stalactite and stalagmite. |
