Plants in
different environments
(Light intensity, color) |
|
|
|
Introduction:
Green plants use the light
energy for the process of photosynthesis. During this process
carbon dioxide from the air will be absorbed and converted to
sugar.
Natural light contains many different
wave lengths of light and is good for plant growth, however when we
decide to use synthetic light we can choose different types of
light sources with different colors or wavelengths of light.

Project
description:
In this project you will investigate plant growth with natural light and
a variety of synthetic lights. Determine if any specific type of light
or color of light is best for plant growth. |
